Shipping and Returns

All our doors, windows and kitchen cabinets are shipped safely in a solid and secure crating system, specifically designed to protect your purchase. Upon shipping you will be provided with tracking number or driver phone number. We do only curbside delivery so prepare your contractor to make pick-up doors from truck and you might need a help of 2-3 guys.

IMPORTANT:
A customer is responsible to inspect the freight for shortages or signs of damage upon receipt of goods while the driver is still there. If there is any freight damage the customer must refuse the freight, take pictures and note it (type and location) on the freight company's paperwork, email us at warranty@MILCASA.com and include pictures and the copy of freight`s company paperwork. Cancellation and Returns

We value your business and are here to provide you with the best customer service. All our product are custom made and in order to allow us to keep bringing you great deals and incredible prices, we do not except returns. Once the product is installed no claims of damages can be filed.

Cancellation are accepted for stock products within 48 hrs and depending on the progress of your order there may be a cancellation fee.
